Professor Chin Hang Shu received PhD from Ohio State University in 1988 and received Doctoral Degree from Ohio State University in 1992. He used was a researcher at Food Industry & Research Center, Hsinchu from 1993 to 1998. He was appointed as professor in Department of Chemical Engineering, National Central University, 1998 until now.
