Registration Guideline

Once your abstract is accepted, the registration process begins. The author has to complete the following steps.

Step 1. Registration Fee

It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted abstract to register and pay an appropriate registration fee in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings indexed by Scopus and included in the Technical Program.

Each paid registration covers only one abstract/paper. If an author has more than one accepted abstracts, there will be a discount of 20% on registration of additional abstract, only if the same first author is registered for all the accepted abstracts.

The regular fee will cover a paper up to 8 pages and an additional 20 USD/ 200,000 IDR per page will be charged for a paper of having more than 8 pages.

Each participant must pay an appropriate registration.  Registration fee for each accompanying person/listener is 1,000,000 IDR/100 USD (Without Conference Kit)

When a student registers for presentation, the student must send a copy of University Identification Card showing that he/she is a full-time student in order to qualify for the discounted rate. The copy of university ID Card should be sent to the Organizing Committee by email to Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refunded for whatever reason, including if you cannot participate in the conference.

Payment must be made in USD for overseas participants and in IDR for Indonesian participants and must be sent through wire transfer. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money. Therefore, participants should bear the Service Charge (if any) of the bank in the Sender’s side.

The registration fee includes conference materials, lunch on conference date, morning and afternoon teas, attending all technical sessions, gala dinner, and publication in the Proceedings published by Scitepress ( which will be submitted for indexation by Thompson Reuters, Scopus, Engineering Village, Semantic Scholar and Google Scholar.

We do not accept any on spot registration and Direct Debit or Credit Card for payment

Step 2. Payment of the Registration Fee

Participants could use the wire transfer mode for paying the registration fee. Payment of the fee through wire transfer should use the following information.

Step 3. Registration Form

Complete the registration form (download here) and send it to the Organizing Committee’s email along with the scanned proof of transfer before the last date of registration. The registration for the conference is complete when the author receives an acknowledgment message from the Organizing Committee.
